Sir Frederick Snow & Partners Ltd was involved with the initial structual and public health engineering services for this large town centre retail development. Car parking was sufficient for 600 cars. This phase of the project was worth approximately £26m in total.

Snows was also involved in the subsequent alterations to extend the centre, adding more retail space and creating a Health Club.

The firm's current involvement with the development entails additional work to the car parking facilities.
