£42m for original town centre development £11m for alterations to the tower over the last eight years19
storey office tower originally constructed as part of a large town centre
development which included a retail centre and leisure facilities. The tower has
been extensively upgraded over the last decade.
Consultancy services included structural engineering design for new mezzanine, new external generator house, new roof plant plantrooms, floor strengthening for data centre and builders work.
Structural engineering has also been carried out on other locations for Citibank and Citigroup including structural inspection of steelworks for Citibank 322 Oxford Street and structural engineering design in connection with relocation of condensers for Citibank 41 Berkley Sq. Services delivered are technical assistance and reports.
