The company is currently involved in a project working on an estate at Blackheath, South East. London. Snows is currently advising the clients, Cator Estates, on their rolling maintenance programme for a network of private estate roads totalling around 5 km in length. Current work being carried out in this area includes the upgrading of Manor Way to improve a 700m section of badly deformed private estate road including drainage, kerbing, markings and surface dressing in uncoated Thames gravel to give a semi-rural appearance, other road improvements are underway in the overall 5km of private road estate roads.
